West Ham continue their disgraceful performances! Chelsea devastated Coach Moyes’ team with 5 goals

West Ham did not manage to win the 36th round of the Premier League, losing 0:5 to Chelsea. This has once again increased speculation about the departure of coach David Moyes, while at the same time the Hammers’ hopes of reaching the elite seven, and thus the European Cup, have fallen.

West Ham did not manage to win the 36th round of the Premier League, losing 0:5 to Chelsea. This has once again increased speculation about the departure of coach David Moyes, while at the same time the Hammers’ hopes of reaching the elite seven, and thus the European Cup, have fallen.

Alhonse Areola had to pull off the first save of the game in the tenth minute when he defused a Nicolas Jackson centre. By the 15th minute, the Blues were celebrating, Cole Palmer made no mistake from goal position to add his 21st league strike of the season.

At the other end Jarrod Bowen could have quickly equalised but only hit the crossbar, much to his chagrin moments later. In the second penalty area, the ball bounced happily to Conor Gallagher, who made no mistake from a volley. You can see the action of Chelsea London in the video below.

Chelsea were enjoying the game and got the signal in the 36th minute. At the end of it was Noni Madueke, who had already cleared the ball into a half-empty net. Virtually every Blues action was dangerous, and in the next box Gallagher hit the crossbar.

And the goal structure was shaken at the other end when Bowen hit it for the second time in the first 45 minutes. So the first half offered three goals and three crossbars, and after an attractive spectacle the score went into the booths at 3:0.

West Ham scored twice more in the second half

After the change of sides, Chelsea quickly added a fourth goal, with Jackson hitting the empty net after a pass from Madueke. The good football from both sides continued, with the Hammers’ best chance sent into the crossbar for the third time by the unlucky Bowen.

It was Jackson on the other side who was superb, hitting the right post after an independent break. Chelsea finished the game with experience and jumped to seventh place in the table ahead of Manchester United after a 5-0 win. However, the latter has a game in hand.

West Ham, on the other hand, ensured that they will not be in the cups next season. They are currently ninth with only 49 points. This may also be the reason for the sacking of coach David Moyes.
