Olmo saves Barcelona with a goal on his debut! The Catalan giant didn’t allow any surprises and beat Vallecano

Barcelona managed to win the third La Liga match, just like the previous two matches, the third match ended 2-1 in their favour. It wasn’t easy at the ground of Rayo Vallecano, they turned the situation around after the change of sides.

Two chances for Barcelona followed, but neither Iñigo Martinez nor Ferran Torres celebrated success with their attempts. In the 37th minute, Lamine Yamal made his first appearance, but his shot was saved by the home goalkeeper.

Barcelona went into the cabins with a rather surprising 0:1 scoreline. After the change of sides, Raphinha started actively and missed two chances. Once he shot wide and was blocked by a defending player.

Dani Olmo stepped up the pressure and then hit the crossbar. Barcelona went for the equaliser, which they managed two minutes later. At the end of the action was midfielder Pedri, who already had a relatively easy job.

And Barcelona quickly turned the tide completely, but Robert Lewandowski’s goal could not stand due to a foul. In the 82nd minute, the visiting sector was already celebrating in regulation, after a pass from Yamal and debutant Olmo got through.

In the end, Barcelona were in control, with Marc Bernal throwing away a great chance, but he didn’t have to regret it.
