When you are the son of a famous footballer, you have a clear path to start, but at the same time you are constantly compared to your father. But there are those who confirm their qualities and get a contract at the club of their heart. One of them is Enzo Alves, who is the son of the legendary Marcelo. The 14-year-old footballer has signed a contract with Real Madrid.

In the football world, several footballers are known to be the continuation of the lineage. Among the big names, we have to mention the duo Patrick and Justin Kluivert, Daniel and Paolo Maldini or Timothy and George Weah.
There are many more, and almost every son of a world-class footballer would naturally want to follow in the same footsteps, but it is not always possible. And that’s for a number of reasons, after all, there is a lot of pressure on him and moreover they usually follow their father to his engagements.
However, there is one young footballer who has great potential. His name is Enzo Alves and he is the son of Marcelo, who is a Real Madrid legend and currently plays for Brazilian side Fluminense at the age of thirty-five.
Enzo is only 14 years old and last year he was called up to the U15 national team, but not the Brazilian national team, but the Spanish national team. The son of Marcelo plays on the offensive end and looks best from the edge of the attack.
Marcel’s son has signed for Real
Now he has really pleased his father by signing a contract at his Real Madrid. So in a couple of years, with hard work and a bit of that footballing luck, we might see him in the White Ballet’s A-team.
As well as in the Spanish national team jersey, where young players get a chance quite often. But that’s quite a long way off, as is representing the country where he was born.
It is still not certain whether he will play for Spain or Brazil, where his father is from. In the youth it is possible to play for both teams, but in the senior age he has to decide for one team.
