Big challenge for Kincl! Slovakian puncher wants to take his belt at the end of the year, the champion has already responded

Patrik Kincl retained his title in May when he defeated Karlos Vemola. He was supposed to be challenged by Robert Bryczek, who defeated Samuel Kristofich, but he signed with the UFC and the Czech champion is waiting for his next opponent. Now he’s got a big challenge.

Middleweight king Patrik Kincl is not having an easy time of it. In May, he fulfilled a long-awaited goal and defeated Karlos Vemola on points at Prague’s O2 Arena. Then he enjoyed a well-deserved rest and waited to see what would happen next.

His next opponent was to come from the battle between Robert Bryczek and Pirate. The champion was rooting for the Polish fighter, he had already defeated the Slovak and did not need to measure his strength with him again. And he got his wish.

Bryczek became the first man ever to finish Samuel Kristofich. Then, after the win, he had a staredown with Kinclo and was just waiting for the date to be announced.

The Pole was very much in contention for the title, but then came a chance that is hard to turn down. He got an offer from the UFC and of course he accepted. A fantasy for Bryczek, an inconvenience for Kincl.

What’s next? We don’t know. There was speculation that Engiczek might challenge him, however, Slovakian slugger Vlasto Čepo has come forward. And he’s getting louder and louder about his chances.

In the studio before the OKTAGON 47 tournament he asked for a title fight, which should take place at the end of the year in Prague’s O2 arena. He also repeated the challenge on social media.

He is even trying to put a little pressure on Kincl to accept the fight. And what does the champion say? He posted a snippet of Chepa’s challenge from the studio on instagram, saying that the tournament is starting nicely. Will he accept the challenge?
