Wow! Octagon has announced an interesting and surprising fight between two popular and controversial fighters to the O2 Arena
The Octagon has a big inconvenience to deal with. At the end of the year, the O2 arena was supposed to deliver one hell of a show, especially the fight between Patrik Kincelo and Karlos Vemola, which was supposed to be the biggest duel on our scene in recent years. However, the fight fell through and replacements are being sorted out. So a big surprise was announced.

Fans of combat sports were looking forward to the end of the year. The Octagon was supposed to deliver the biggest fight in years. The long awaited rematch between Patrik Kinclo and Karlos Vemola was finally going to happen.
However, the middleweight and welterweight champions would not meet. The Terminator is in the hospital due to inflammation, he can’t take part in the fight. The organization tried to find a replacement, but to no avail.
Octagon tackles replacements, announces first fight
As soon as the fight was cancelled, fans began to criticize the organization. They didn’t find the rest of the card good enough for the O2 Arena. That’s also why Oktagon is figuring out how to fill it appropriately. Promoter Ondřej Novotný himself admitted that there are different options in play.
We could even see as many as 14 fights, which is really a hefty dose. The first one has already been announced and it’s a really big bomb.
The boxing match will pit two fighters that few would think of pitting against each other. Namely, Gábor Boráros and Václav Mikulášek.
Mikulášek is a great boxer, last time he showed his boxing qualities in May in the O2 Arena against Michal Kotalík. Boráros boxed against rapper Rytmus last year.
Fans were not hiding their surprise and in a way even excitement. This fight certainly can’t disappoint. On the contrary. And it’s definitely going to attract attention!
