Transfer clause to Real? Haaland has no such thing, Guardiola denies speculation

Erling Haaland is a monster. A player that no one can stop at the moment. Manchester City fans can’t get enough of him, but they may soon lose him again. Pep Guardiola denies that.

He was the hot commodity of the summer. Erling Haaland was available for just €70 million, that was his buyout clause at Borussia Dortmund. The Norwegian striker was eventually acquired by Manchester City and it was the perfect move.

He has already scored 19 goals in 12 games, added 3 assists, breaking all records in the Premier League and has already managed 3 hat-tricks in 8 duels.

But how long will he last at the Etihad Stadium? In a documentary about his son for Norwegian TV, father Alf-Inge made no secret that Erling’s dream has always been to play in Spain. And that Real Madrid were not chosen because of Karim Benzema, while at the Citizens there was virtually no competition at the top.

In addition, Spanish media has come out with the information that Haaland’s buy-out clause, which favours Real Madrid, will come into play in 2024.
