Patrik Kincl injured his hand during an excellent win over Alex Lohore, which caused him to miss full training for a while. How is he now? He talked about it on his Instagram.
In the fight with Alex Lohore he was a big favourite, which he confirmed from the beginning, the fight was over in the first round and Patrik Kincl put on the champion’s belt again.
He is now the middleweight king of the Octagon and is widely expected to face Karlos Vemola at the end of the year. Negotiations should still be ongoing though, so nothing is official.
However, both are preparing, but Kincl walked away from his last fight with a hand injury. “The hand is not ok yet. It’s probably not a big deal, so I tend to underestimate it. Well, the healing process looks like that.
If it doesn’t get better the next few days, I’ll start taking it up with the doctors. Anyway, it’ll be fine for the next game,” he said on his Instagram. He told fans that he will take a week off after the match.
“I didn’t take a rest week of course. But you can’t talk about preparation. Now I’ll give like two warm-up and remedial training weeks and then back to full strength,” he added.
So now we are waiting for an agreement between all parties and if it happens, we will see one of the biggest tournaments of the organization again. After all, a huge mass of people will want to see Kinceloe and Vemola fight.
