Although the Westerners’ primary focus is now on their match tonight, before that they could watch the draw that decided their next opponent in case they manage to advance past Sheriff Tiraspol.
Viktoria Plzen managed to beat Helsinki, Finland in the second round of the Champions League. Now they will face a team that played in the Champions League last season in the regular group, where they even beat the famous Real Madrid, who dominated the whole competition.
Michal Bílek’s charges are already assured of the Europa League’s Conference group stage. But they will definitely try to fight for a place in even more prestigious competitions.
