Vémola calls him a poor man, Lohoré strikes back: let’s do a doping test, I’ve got hard work behind me
Karlos Vémola knows how to definitely not make friends. Now he is going hard and straight for his goal and that is the title, preferably in two weight classes. In the middleweight division he will face either Patrik Kincl or Alex Lohoré. He’s beaten both of them in the past, and that’s why he’s called them losers. Lohoré, however, hasn’t let that get to him.
And it’s alive again. When Karlos Vémola is healthy, the water doesn’t stand still. In his last live broadcast, he took on three fighters. First up, he took on Rafael Xavier, who he could potentially fight for the welterweight belt.
“I heard you don’t want to fight me at the Stadium. You’re talking some s**t about not having enough time to prepare. I’ve been talking about a title fight with you for the last 3-4 months. I said if I win, I want a title fight. But I don’t have to fight you for it,” Vémola began his statement on Instagram.
So the plan is clear. He wants to be welterweight champion in July and by the end of the year he would like to dominate the middleweight division, where Patrik Kincl and Alex Lohoré will fight for the title in September. “Before the end of the year, I’m going to beat one of the poor guys I’ve already beaten and take my middleweight title,” Terminator let slip.
Neither Xavier nor Kincl had any reaction to Vemola’s statement, but Lohoré wasn’t taking the insults anymore and countered quite soon under an Oktagon post that shared Vemola’s statement.
“Are you saying I’m poor? Then let’s do a doping test and see who the real poor guy is. When we fought you had a 20kg advantage and still couldn’t finish me,” Lohoré responded.
Besides, Lohoré added that he won’t let anyone talk about him like that and for a simple reason, he said he is not a poor man and he certainly doesn’t cheat as he has hard work behind him.
