Zdeněk Ondrášek signed for the famous Romanian club FCSB after leaving Pilsen. But he didn’t last long there, he was fired in a week and recently expressed his opinion on social media. The fans are on his side.
As quickly as he came, he left. This is roughly how Zdeněk Ondrášek’s time in Romania can be described in a nutshell.
He lasted a month with FCSB, playing just over 110 minutes. But he earned a lot of money, so he doesn’t have to be sad.
After all, he earned five million crowns, a solid achievement.
He said goodbye to the club on social media after the termination of his contract: “I would like to thank the fans for their support, as well as all the people and players at the club. I have met great people and I wish them all the best.”
The fans’ reactions were not long in coming. No one blames him for the end of the club, because everyone is clear about who is to blame.
“Thanks, Zdeněk. Good luck in the future. It’snot your fault, we all know who’s to blame,” wrote one fan.
Another added: “Yes, it’s the fault of the guy who finances the club. He thinks he’s the coach. The official coach is just a spectator. The owner makes all the changes he wants.”
Most of the comments are in a similar vein, with many fans wishing Ondrasek would find an engagement where he can prove what a great striker he really is.
Understandably, supporters who would like to see the Czech striker at their club have joined in the discussions. There would be interest in Poland, but also in Norway. The fans of Krakow and Tromsø want him back in the team.
