Lewandowski to leave Bayern? Nagelsmann confirms interest in his star

Robert Lewandowski is regularly linked with leaving Bayern Munich, but so far it hasn’t happened. However, even now the Polish sharpshooter is attracting interest from other big clubs and quite possibly this could be the perfect time for one last big transfer. Will it happen?
Robert Lewandowski will celebrate his 33rd birthday in August and is in the form of his life. If he still wants to move to another big club, this summer could be his last chance.
He has been playing for Bayern since 2014 and has won everything there is to win with the club. Moreover, he is scoring goal after goal in his jersey, so it is no wonder that there is constant talk about his transfer.
“Speculation around Lewandowski appears every year. It is normal that other big clubs are interested in such a player. Robert knows what he has at Bayern, I’ve already communicated with him,” let the new coach of the Bavarian club Julian Nagelsmann hear.
However, the former Leipzig coach also added that he doesn’t like having to deal with the contract situation when he first contacts his new charge.
However, as Nagelsmann claims that Lewandowski knows what he has at Bayern, the Polish sharpshooter is open to new opportunities, something he revealed to the media back in May.
“I am always open to opportunities to learn a new language, to experience a new culture, whether it be during my career or after,” Lewandowski hinted at a possible departure from Munich.
There has long been speculation about interest from Real Madrid, but Manchester City, who have also been talking loudly of late, need a similar sharpshooter.
But apart from teams from England and Spain, Italian big clubs are also interested in Lewandowski.
In Munich, the Bayern star is still under contract until 2023 and it should be mentioned that the Bavarian giant is known for being able to treat its legends, which cannot be said about some other clubs.
