After Oktagon 25, Karlos Vémola took on Martin Buday, the heavyweight champion, who, according to him, did not put on a quality performance. He was defended by the Pirate, who took on Vémola. What did he say to him?
Martin Buday holds the title in the Octagon organization. He defeated Kamil Minda on Saturday and is the heavyweight champion.
However, his performance was criticized by Karlos Vémola, who ridiculed the fact that Buday should fight in the UFC when he doesn’t even have a domestic scene.
Consequently, he challenged him to a heavyweight fight, but he would have to make a significant weight gain. Buday, however, was defended by his Slovakian friend Samuel Kristofich.
“I have to stand up for Martin. He’s a humble fighter, so he didn’t say it anywhere because he’s a fighter, but he blew out his elbow in the warm-up. He had big problems with it… Despite that, he handled it bravely and finished his opponent, knocked him out.“When have you ever knocked someone out?” he said in his video.
“I would advise Vejmluv to stop picking on my brother in arms and to concentrate on himself, to weigh 84 at all on the Square, because we already know he has problems to weigh 84. Knedlik,” he added.
He was referring to the fight with Milan Datelinka, when he defended the title, which he lost before the fight because of not weighing in.
“Talk less and sweat more to weigh in. We all know why you want to skip 93, because you are afraid that Viktor will plant you like an onion in the ground. What do you want to go for in the heavyweight title?” the Pirate finished.
