Octagon signs long-term deal with Louis Glismann, who is a hot contender for title fight after Brit’s departure
Louis Glismann has had two fights in the Octagon as part of Tipsport Gamechanger. However, it is already certain that we will continue to see him in the organization, as he has signed a new long-term contract.
The first ones are David Kozma, who defeated Alex Lohoré, and also Louis Glismann, who beautifully defeated Melvin van Suijdam. And it is the experienced Dane who will continue in the organization.
Promoter Ondrej Novotny revealed that he has signed a long-term contract with Octagon and quite possibly will be the main candidate for a title fight after the departure of champion Kaik Brito.
“We were together at the after-party, where he came to see me and my trainer. It wasn’t that they didn’t want to go to that first fight, but they said they didn’t know if it was the best thing for them and stuff like that. They were like, they know us, but they thought it could be better for them.
But after the first game Glismann was fired from the drills and now he came in and said he never wanted to go anywhere else. What he’s experienced with us in two months, he says he hasn’t experienced in his entire life. Just the way we treat him, the way people accept him, the way they take pictures with him and the love they give him.
He was completely moved, obviously by the wins and the promotion and everything, but we signed a long-term contract,“ Novotny revealed on MMA Flight Around the World.
