The Octagon and its fans have been looking forward to a spectacular climax to this year, but they are not going to get one. Karlos Vemola is injured and his rematch with Patrik Kinclo must wait. If it happens at all.
He has been interested in the rematch for a very long time, it’s a personal matter for him. He has put a lot of energy, time and money into preparing for it. And he was in the perfect mood for it, and there weren’t many days left. So it makes sense that he’s thinking about what makes more sense.
“I’m still at a crossroads about which path to take. Pyramid x retaliation. I’m annoyed by the fake bullshit and would like to close this chapter once and for all for myself. But will it come to that? Won’t the septuagenarian fuck it up again? That’s the question,” he expressed on social media.
Kincl himself, however, is dealing with health problems. He has an injured hand and was willing to take a risk with Vémola, but this way he has time and space for rehabilitation and that is what he is focusing on.
“I’ll leave it open until the end of the year. I will focus on rehab and technical stuff and chop it up in January,” he said.
However, there is a third option. Namely, the newly unveiled Red Face project, which will focus on the increasingly popular slap. However, Kincl meant this with hyperbole to lighten the weight of the decision.
