Will we see the champion Keita at Štvanica? The Belgian teased his fans on Instagram by asking if they would like to see him at the tournament

Oktagon has prepared two tournaments for fans at the end of July at Štvanice. We can expect a really packed card, and Belgian champion Losene Keita wants to be a part of it.

We have been waiting an unusually long time for the announcement of the tournament at Štvanica. After the confirmation, the tickets immediately disappeared and the organization decided to take a step it hasn’t taken yet.

We will see two tournaments in two days! On Štvanica will be fought also on Friday, which made fans and fighters happy, because there is a huge interest in this tournament among them.

It is not yet certain who will be competing in one or the other tournament, but many are signing up, led by Karlos Vemola or now champion Losen Keita.

The young Belgian holds the lightweight belt and is also the interim featherweight champion. He posted a video from Štvanice on his Instagram stories and added “Who would like to see Keita here?”.

So it’s certain that he himself would be very interested, but it’s not at all certain who it would be with. Ronald Paradeiser would be offered at lightweight, but he will fight in Oberhausen.

If he were to win, he might not want to miss this chance, but to fight this close together and not have enough time to prepare for the champion…

So a featherweight bout is more likely, but I still don’t know how Mate Sanikidze’s health is and if he could even jump into the fight.

Ahmed Villa could get a chance, which is the last option in case no one comes in from the outside. A rematch with Ivan Buchinger should not be on the agenda.
