Octagon champion. Karlos Vemola lost that status for a time when he lost the middleweight title after not weighing in for a fight with Milan Datelinka. But now he has taken that status back.
The Terminator defeated Aleksandar Ilic at the Stvanica. He demolished him in the first round and forced him to tap out. He became the welterweight champion.
However, he was also injured in the fight. Or rather, he aggravated the injury. So a few days after his wedding, which followed the successful fight, he also had surgery.
Through Fightlive.cz’s Instagram account, Vémola sent his fans a video from the University Hospital in Olomouc, where he was operated on by Dr. Neoral. “It’s still hard to talk after the tube I had in my throat,” he was heard saying in the video.
The Terminator recalled that he had a problem with his elbow for a long time: ‘Unfortunately, I finished him off on the Joker’s head. I tore some cartilage or something. The doctor told me that I just couldn’t function with that anymore, that I had to have surgery right away to continue. He also said he was going to clean it out right away because I had a mess in there.”
The Olomouc native then boasted about what the doctor had pulled out of his body. According to the doctor, a normal person wouldn’t even brush his teeth with something like that. The Terminator lived up to his nickname again.
According to Vemola, however, it’s nothing serious. He’ll have to wait for everything to heal anyway. Hopefully it will be as soon as possible, because he would like to fight in Germany, where the tournament will take place in October.
