Verbal shootout between Magard and Sivák! Will they go for the title?
The May Oktagon Underground tournament will pit Jonas Magard against Vaclav Sivak. There is certainly something to look forward to, the pair have also arranged another fight. Will they fight for the title at Štvanici?
The May Oktagon Underground tournament will pit Jonas Magard against Vaclav Sivak. There is certainly something to look forward to, the pair have also arranged another fight. Will they fight for the title at Štvanici?
Oktagon offered fans the Oktagon Time press conference, where we could see some interesting moments.
But these also happened behind the scenes. The organization has now released a video of the verbal shootout between Jonas Magard and Vaclav Sivak, who will square off in boxing next month.
Their conversation was slightly limited by the language barrier, as you could tell that Sivák sometimes didn’t understand that his Danish opponent wasn’t outright attacking him.
Sivák called him a little boy, whereupon Magard replied. “Dude, we’re not going to talk about who’s a kid. I’m saying I’m going to make our match the match of the night. You don’t want that?”
Sivak then said he was a better MMA fighter than Magard, hence the Dane decided to challenge him. “You’re just full of shit here. Let’s go for the title together. Let’s do it in July,” he added.
Sivak accepted the offer, so now it’s a question of whether Octagon will want to honor their agreement and we’ll see their rematch, this time in MMA, at Stvanica.
