Vémola the false champion? He’s trying to talk dodge, only fools eat him up, Kincl reacts to Terminator’s statement
Karlos Vémola will try to win the Octagon welterweight title next weekend. His opponent will be Aleksandar Ilic. Many people have commented on Ilic, including middleweight champion Patrik Kinceloe. According to him, he’s obvious fodder for the Terminator. The latter responded rather indiscriminately, but Kincl fired back.

Kincl called Ilic “food”, according to Vemola, he could have been on the stage instead of him
Karlos Vémola will take on Aleksandar Ilic at Štvanica. He is a great salesman, but as Terminator’s opponent in the title fight he brings more complications. What about it, everybody will watch the fight, but…
Ilitch is a standup fighter, besides being lighter, it’s obvious from previous fights that he doesn’t have great takedown defense. He’s got a chance, but not much of a chance. Patrik Kincl alluded to that shortly after the fight was announced.
The original opponent was supposed to be Rafael Xavier, but he wanted proper time to prepare for the title fight. According to promoter Ondrej Novotny, he threw away a chance to get closer to his dream of making it to the UFC. Among other things, Novotny explained exactly how things went with Xavier.
Xavier got a defense from Kinc. Vémola recently responded to him in K.O. Magazine. He said the middleweight champion is just talking out of his mouth. “When my opponent was being negotiated, Kincl could have easily stepped in himself. I wouldn’t have had a problem with it,” Terminator added.
A fake champion? He’s just dodging, Kincl is clear
Patrik Kincl has had his first title defence arranged for some time now, which will take place in September in Brno. He would be taking an unnecessary risk with any fight before that. Besides, he has nothing to do in the welterweight division. After all, he’s concentrated on welterweight and middleweight for most of his career.
That’s also why it would be pointless if he appeared at the Stvanica. And now, in addition, he reacted again on Instagram to Vemola’s words. He’s trying so hard to jinx the dodge that only fools are buying it anymore.”
Kincl reminded the crowd, among other things, that Vemola wanted to go to a middleweight fight with the Pirate right after his return. Instead, he went up a weight with Michal Pasternak.
“All of a sudden, with Viktor (Peshta) gone, here he is again at 93kg. He was ranting at Pirat about what a fake champion he is, so what’s he going to be at 93 now?” prompts the middleweight champion to ponder.
If Kincl can defend his title in September, he could face Vemola later this year. At least that’s the scenario Terminator offers. He’s even reportedly already agreed to it with promoter Novotny.
