Vémola burned what promoter Novotný tried to deny with all his might? There’s a lot to look forward to!

Karlos Vémola vs. Stephan Pütz in June in Oberhausen, Germany? Promoter Ondřej Novotný did his best to deny the information at the press conference, however, the Olomouc native burned that this fight is very likely to happen this year.
Last week, Oktagon fans got excited about what kind of fight the organization has planned for the summer. In fact, a very interesting piece of information was accidentally burned.
“The best German fighter of all time, the winner of the Battle of Germany and legend of the sport Stephan T-800 Pütz, will also be introduced to thousands of fans and will deservedly go into the battle for the Oktagon welterweight championship,” the organization’s website said.
With Karlos Vémola holding the welterweight title, it is clear that if Pütz wants to fight for the belt, he will have to enter a battle of two Terminators. Promoter Ondrej Novotny reacted to this at the press conference after the last tournament.
“I have to say that sometimes everyone in the company does what they want. It’s very confusing. I certainly didn’t say that Pütz will go for the title in Oberhausen. We are human beings, we make mistakes,” one of the owners of the organization let himself be heard.
But Vémola made it clear on his live broadcast that if he defends the welterweight title this year, it will be with the German Terminator. However, it’s not certain that it will be in Oberhausen.
“Ondra and I have agreed that if I defend the welterweight belt, it will be against Pütz. We have planned that according to my health condition. But before I go with Pütz, I want to grab the welterweight belt,” Vémola said in a live stream on Instagram.
So it all depends now on how the UFC veteran is health-wise. That should be chipped away by the end of January, when we’ll find out how Vémola is, which will determine his plans for this year.
