According to this statistic, Russian midfielder Aleksandr Golovin has made the most sprints at the European Championship. The statisticians counted 137 of them!
Behind Golovin in the ranking is Austrian Andreas Ulmer with 117 sprints and Dutchman Denzel Dumfries, who has 113 sprints.
The Czech national team also made it into the ranking and it is not surprising that it was Vladimír Coufal. The Czech defender is characterized by a demanding line play with a lot of sprints. With 110 sprints, he ranks fourth in this statistic.
In fifth place is Italian forward Ciro Immobile, who has seven fewer sprints than Coufal.
Vladimír Coufal will be able to add to his tally on Tuesday when the Czech national team faces England. The match will start at 9pm sharp.
