It’s official. Due to ill health, Karlos Vemola’s fight with Marpo must be postponed. But besides that, Octagon has unveiled another fight that will take place on the same night. Jakub Stafek returns to the ring.
Karlos Vémola was scheduled to fight in his first boxing match at the Oktagon Underground tournament back on November 13. But it won’t happen.
He was injured while training for the Oktagon title fight and will be out of action for several months. He’s going to have several surgeries and won’t be able to recover by November 13.
So the tournament will be rescheduled for early 2022. However, besides the date change, the promoters have announced another fight that fans can look forward to at that tournament.
Jakub Štáfek, the popular “Lavi”, will be the actor again. And his opponent will be very interesting.
Against Štáfek will be Gábor Borároš, a Slovak star of the Octagon, who hasn’t been able to win his last fights.
Borároš will certainly be the favourite, but it will be interesting to see how Štáfek will cope with a professional wrestler.
