The Czechs are already hungry! Some fighters left us, one because of the way I commented on his fight, says Novotny

Ondřej Novotný has been in the world of martial arts for many years. He is currently the co-owner of the Oktagon organization, which is one of the best MMA organizations in Europe. Karlos Vémola invited him to his show where he asked him, among other things, about the difference between working with Czech and German fighters.
The Oktagon organization is growing steadily, and now it’s headed to the German market, where it will have its inaugural tournament in early June. Promoter Ondřej Novotný was now a guest on the Karlos Show, hosted by wrestler Karlos Vémola.
He asked him a question about how working with domestic wrestlers compares to German ones. And Novotny described what he has been experiencing lately.
“There is a difference, because the Czechs are already exhausted. Some fighters have left us now and then I hear that one fighter is leaving because I commented badly on his fight. I find that petty, but they are able to hate me because of that.
The other will leave because we didn’t take him to the press conference. I find that petty, too. My manager called me and said, “You haven’t done two post-fight interviews in two tournaments, and that’s with my fighters. Do we have a problem?”
I told him I had a director above me who said we were in a hurry, so I didn’t have time for an interview. I don’t even know who it was with because I don’t remember.
It’sbuilt up fast here, everybody wants to be a star. We’re starting in Germany now and everyone there is excited, it’s like the Czech Republic eighty years ago,” he said.
In Germany, Oktagon will have a tournament at the beginning of June, more precisely in Frankfurt. It can be expected to be sold out and, according to the latest information, full of great fights.
