That was quite a show! Keita and Sanikidz got into it, besides the harsh words there were also kicks

Octagon TIME offered us a lot of interesting moments. One of them was provided by lightweight champions Losene Keita and featherweight champion Mate Sanikidze. They are in fact going to face each other soon and they already showed at the press conference that it won’t be in a friendly spirit.

It will feature sixteen fighters fighting for a million euros, with the winner taking home 300,000 euros. Also because of the tournament, the organization decided to hold a big press conference.

Octagon TIME lasted more than 4 hours and the first part, in which Gamechanger wrestlers spoke, was without any animosity. However, it was certain that the second one would be quite different.

The main speakers were Losene Keita, the lightweight champion, and Mate Sanikidze, who holds the featherweight championship belt. It is for the Georgian belt that the two will fight for at the end of April in Bratislava.

“I hope he will present himself in the cage as well as on social media. I’m here to answer all his questions, so we can start talking,” Sanikidze began his words.

“Listen, first I’ll beat you and then your translator. He’s the one doing the talking. You can’t even speak English, so shut up,” Keita added.

Then they both stood up and walked towards each other. Keita kicked Sanikidze, the Georgian didn’t let it bother him, and he also made one accurate shot. But that was not the end of their argument.

For the rest of the press conference they exchanged harsh words, many of which were not very publishable. Nor was the final staredown, where they bantered again.
