Samuel Krištofič is back in the vortex of wrestling. In Frankfurt, Germany, he will challenge Zdeněk Polívka, who is certainly not planning to give him anything for free.
The RFA organization was also mentioned in connection with Pirat, but the Slovakian wrestler decided to continue in the Octagon. However, he often had verbal confrontations with promoter Ondrej Novotny.
The latter didn’t like the information he was putting out to the public, but according to Kristofich it looks like they have sorted everything out and can continue their successful cooperation.
“It’s possible that I said something in an interview that maybe I shouldn’t have said. It didn’t occur to me at the time, but now I can understand that if I’m fighting someone and they want a contract and maybe they don’t want to agree to some terms that I’m not going to talk about..
I think we have a good relationship. Every time we’ve agreed to something, he and I have followed through on everything. I don’t think you can say that anybody did anything wrong. Sometimes, maybe I talk unnecessarily about things I shouldn’t. We’ve always sat down together and worked things out or we’ve called each other.
In that sense, it’s like this, if one of us doesn’t like something about the other or whatever… It can happen that one misunderstands something, like it was with Petrasek, when he explained it to me and I took it. We sorted it out and moved on with a clean slate. We have a good relationship,” he said in an interview for the organization’s YouTube channel on the show Without Gloves.
If Pirate manages to beat his next opponent, he may very well become the next title challenger. Of course, that’s still a long way off, after all, there’s still no telling who will win the title in December and whether an injury will happen to postpone the fight.
