One more game and then another surgery! It hurts like a bitch every time I train, admits Vémola
Karlos Vémola has another fight under his belt, on Saturday he defeated Michal Pasternak without any problems and he can look forward to his third fight of the year in Štvanice. After that, however, he has to head for surgery, which is already necessary. But Vémola plans a quick return.

Karlos Vémola was close to the end of his career, he had to take a year off, but now he is back and in shape. In boxing he beat Marpa in a rather controversial duel, then in MMA he defeated Michal Pasternak.
But he won’t give himself time to rest, he has another tournament coming up in July, he will fight in Štvanica. But after that he will have a planned surgery and subsequent recovery.
“The operation is scheduled for the first of August. So it depends on how soon after the surgery I will be able to start training,” Vémola told iSport.
His right hand limits him significantly. “It hurts like a cow every time I train. But the doctor said it will hurt, but luckily it can’t break off. I replied that the pain is just a feeling. And if it’s just a feeling, I’ll survive that,” he added.
He would like to have a few more fights before the end of the year. The first in Germany at the Octagon 36 tournament, if everything heals as it should.
Then another in December, where he could fight for the middleweight championship belt now held by Patrik Kincl. It doesn’t have to be a fight with him though, because Kincl will face Alex Lohoré, so a rematch with him is quite possible.
