Ondřej Novotný: Vémola pissed me off, I never want to hear from him again that we falsified the result of a match
It’s getting really edgy. The shaking between the Pirate and the Terminator has already gone beyond tolerable limits, especially from Carlos Vemola. Promoter Ondřej Novotný commented on the whole affair in a rather rude way in the MMA podcast Letem světem.
Well, this is going to get interesting. That Samuel Kristofich and Karlos Vemola don’t like each other is no surprise. Some of that trash talk was also expected, even pointed. But he’s overstepped the mark on one side.
The Terminator keeps saying he’s a “fake champ” and that he shouldn’t be the interim middleweight titleholder. In the last live broadcast, he said that he now takes David Hosek as the true champion, who, unlike the Slovakian, was able to finish Marcin Naruszczka.
“Some rules are for some and not for others. If someone is the middleweight champion, it’s Hosek, definitely not the Pirate. Everyone who saw the fight knows he lost to the Pole. Theygave him that fight, I don’t know how, they just gave it to him,” expressed Vemola.
” If Karlos absolutely p***ed me off with something, and I almost yelled at him to go f*** himself, it’s that I never want to hear from him that we falsified or ordered the referees to falsify the results of the Naruszczka vs. Pirat match.”
“I understand the tremors, the feelings, the impressions, but I hope this is beneath anyone. With that said, I’m sending everyone to pi** with a run. And if anyone feels that way, they can go fuck themselves and never have anything to do with the Octagon,” Novotny added.
The Oktagon promoter claims that he and fellow promoter Pal Neruda live in a world where such a thing is not even possible. After all, he doesn’t even know who will be the referee in what match, while everyone can choose the referee he wants to veto.
According to wrestler Miloš Petrášek, all this is caused by the fact that Karlos Vémola doesn’t want to enter the cage first in the match with Pirate and is angry, which is why he vents his anger and says things he doesn’t believe himself.
At the end of the podcast, however, Novotny tamed his words, he is aware of what Vémola has done for the Octagon and he appreciates everything.
