Oktagon unveils Gamechanger’s starting lineup! It will be closed by the Ostrava patriot Kozma, the biggest favorite of the tournament on prelims
It’s here! Oktagon has finally announced the starting line-up for the Tipsport Gamechanger tournament, where we can look forward to a really interesting spectacle. With its quality and attractiveness of matches it will quite possibly be the best in the history of the organization.
The organization has released the starting lineup and although fans have been clear about the matches for quite some time, it has still generated a wave of reactions, both positive and negative.
The Palaiologos vs. Grabinski pairing will open the tournament, and fans will be able to watch it on YouTube. This is one of the reserve matches.
It will be immediately followed by the second, in which Kalashnik and Jurek will face off. It is the former who should be up next in case someone gets injured or doesn’t weigh in.
The third match and the first one in Gamechanger will be taken care of by Uskrt and Van Suijdam. After that, we can look forward to Velickovic and Surdue and Kertesz and Hathaway.
This particular match at the prelims is widely criticized, as the Brit is the biggest favorite of the tournament. However, the promoter Ondrej Novotny has clearly explained several times that the matches are not ranked according to attractiveness from worst to best.
In short, you need to have a balanced tournament where you will enjoy every passage. So we can say that the final match of the prelims could not have been better.
The first battle on the main card will be between Široký and Pokorný. This duel is obviously not part of Gamechanger, but it can bring the crowd to its feet.
It will continue with Apollo vs. Michailidis, Glismann vs. Gogoladze, Jungwirth vs. Primera and Kristofich vs. Lohore.
The main fight of the tournament could not be provided by anyone other than David Kozma. His opponent in Ostrava, where he lost last time, will be Siwiec from Poland.
