The new Clash of the Stars project has its first press conference behind it, and the first tournament in front of it. It will be held in January in Český Těšín. We already know the schedule of matches. The duels will feature adult content creators or YouTubers, in short, internet personalities.
The organization is headed by wrestler Tomas Linh Le Sy, who until recently fought in the Octagon. That is why Ondřej Novotný, the promoter of the number one Czechoslovak MMA organization, knows him very well.
Novotný commented on the project in his podcast MMA Flight Around the World. I had a brief meeting with Tomas Le Sym before he made it public. He told me about it. I watched about 7 minutes of the press conference in total and I’ll admit I don’t know these people.”
“I know there is a Datel. I don’t know the dude across from him at all. The two porn stars? I’ve never heard of them in my life. It’s the times. To each his own. I don’t say anything about it, I don’t really care,” the Octagon promoter let it be known.
But if there’s anyone Novotny really doesn’t need at Clash of the Stars, it’s Filip Grznar, who will be appearing at the January event.
Besides, Novotny wished Le Syme luck, because he knows him as a good and decent guy.
