Kylian Mbappé will be in great spirits at EURO 2024. He has a clear head, he has sorted out his future, he has fulfilled his dream and now he is just fine-tuning his form for the European football feast. He shone in his very first game after signing with Real Madrid and was on hand for three goals for the French national team.

France are once again one of the biggest favourites to win EURO 2024 and their success will also depend on the form of Kylian Mbappé. He is the biggest favourite to win the king of goalscorers crown for a change.

The former PSG player has already had a very difficult season. Even before the start of the season , he heard from the club’s management that he will not play another minute. But coach Luis Enrique and sporting director Luis Campos stood up for him.

As a result, he played in the season at all. However, as the end approached and it became clear that the French club had secured the title, he played less and less. Despite this, he scored 44 goals in 48 games, to which he added 10 assists.

It was expected in what frame of mind he would head to the European Championships in Germany. Until recently, he was a free agent. There was speculation that he might head elsewhere than Real Madrid after all. That didn’t happen. Now he is the new star of Los Blancos, fulfilling a childhood dream.

It seems to have helped him a lot. Just days after announcing his signing with the Spanish champion and winner of 15 Champions League titles, Mbappé shone in a France jersey.

Kylian Mbappé made his first start since signing for Real Madrid

France took on Luxembourg on Wednesday night. It may not have been the toughest possible opponent, but it can be a tough opponent and Slovakia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Iceland know it.

However, with the squad that French national team coach Didier Deschamps has at his disposal, it would be a shame to lose. And it didn’t happen. Kylian Mbappé didn’t. In fact, he was the main architect of the peaceful 3-0 win.

In the first half, specifically in the 43rd minute, he passed the ball to Randal Kolo Muani for a goal. In the 70th minute, he assisted Jonathan Clauss’ goal, while he himself scored in the 85th minute.

He seems to be in calm and interesting form ahead of the European Championships. However, France will still be tested by the erratic Canada on Sunday in their last game before the start of the championship. Will Kylian Mbappé shine against them?
