Marcin Naruszczka is a thirty-eight year old Polish MMA fighter who first appeared for the Czech public in May 2021 in the Oktagon organization. Now he will have his third fight in which he will want to confirm his qualities.
Marcin Naruszczka only started mixed martial arts at the age of twenty-two and has picked up several amateur titles during his career.
In 2010 he subsequently entered the pros, where he hasn’t stopped thriving. He has had success in both the under 84 pound and under 93 pound categories.
Between 2011-12 he dominated the RESPECT FC organization at welterweight, then held the middleweight title in the same organization in 2013-14. In 2015-17, he was the PLMMA organization’s middleweight champion.
He lost the Octagon organization due to the lack of quality in the middleweight division, in which Karlos Vémola had no opponent. That’s why the promoters set a fight in which he faced Eric Spicely and a title fight with Terminator.
Spicely surprisingly beat Spicely according to many, but did not fight Vemola. One of the most popular Czech MMA fighters was injured and had to withdraw from the fight.
Thus, Oktagon came up with an interim title, in which Naruszczka took on Samuel Kristofich. The winner of that bout was promised to either face Vemola within six months or have a full title shot.
And it was this fight that the Pirate won on points, although many, including the Polish fighter’s team, disagreed. However, Naruszczka certainly didn’t have the last word in the Octagon!
This Saturday, September 25, he will face David Hosek in the Oktagon 28 tournament. This particular tournament will be packed for famous faces indeed.
What is the overall score of this Polish wrestler? 22 wins, 10 losses and 2 draws. Let’s see if he will increase this score soon.
