For the fifth time, David Kozma was able to defend his Welterweight title, defeating Peter Knizhet on points at Oktagon 32 and now speculation is beginning to swirl about who the next challenger will be.
Kozma himself is clear. He wants to face Brazilian Kaiko Brito, who has been putting on a good performance and only fell to Monster, although many say he should have won.
Ondrej Novotny, the promoter of the Oktagon organization, approved the fight and also outlined the date in which this interesting fight could happen.
“We will see. David also wanted some rest and we’ve already talked about it ahead of time with his management about what it could look like.
I guess we’ll see. It’s not really that far away, it’s six months, not really,” he said at the press conference.
So it’s more or less clear and if nothing unexpected happens, we will see another Pink Panther title game at Ostravar Arena at the end of the year.
