Kincl? According to many, an even bigger test than Vémola, says Pirate Krištofič

Karlos Vemola’s injury doesn’t look good at all and it’s quite possible that he will be forced to retire. So Octagon has found a replacement to face him at the end of the year.
That’s Patrik Kincl, who transferred from the KSW organization, where his contract expired after losing a title fight. Kincl, however, planned to fight in the Welterweight division and will go with the Pirate at Middleweight.
What did the Slovak fighter, who defeated the strong Pole Marcin Narusczka in the interim title fight, say about him? According to him, it will be an even tougher fight than with Vemola.
“Kincl is, according to many, an even bigger test than Karlos. He has one powerful weapon that dominates all his fights. And that’s the takedown and follow-up on the ground,” he said on his Instagram.
“Kincl is a more complete fighter who can threaten standing up. He can also shred and has a good ground and pound from the top. He is more complex and therefore more dangerous. On the other hand, I don’t think he has anything there that I have to be significantly worried about,” he added.
“I think I can be his equal opponent in everything, so I believe I will eliminate him and I am confident that I will defend my belt,” concluded the Pirate.
