I only have Carlos in my head, the fight with Kinclo is uninteresting for me, Attila Végh admitted. Why doesn’t it make sense to him?
Patrik Kincl defeated Karlos Vemola and immediately started to arrange a fight with Attila Vegh with humour. However, the fight won’t happen, or at least not anytime soon, as Végh basically doesn’t want to fight him, as it doesn’t make sense for him.
Patrik Kincl defeated Karlos Vemola and immediately started to arrange a fight with Attila Vegh with humour. However, the fight won’t happen, or at least not anytime soon, as Végh basically doesn’t want to fight him, as it doesn’t make sense for him.
Shortly before the Oktagon 43 tournament, Karlos Vémola mentioned that if he loses to Patrik Kinclo, there is no reason for him to fight Attila Végh afterwards. He used this as a whip, with which he was subsequently pilloried by the fans.
For this reason, Ondrej Novotny and Kinclo discussed with humour that he could be the replacement. Everything then gained momentum in the cage after the game and at the subsequent press conference.
But the humour will probably remain in this game. Vémola is unlikely to keep his words and will be interested in the fight with Attila. And that’s good.
A large number of fans want to see their rematch, and the Slovakian fighter himself admitted that he is still thinking about the fight and it would definitely be better for him to face Kinclo.
“I wouldn’t have anything from a fight with Patrik, it’s not my weight. If I win, I have nothing to lose and he has nothing to lose. On the other hand, if I lose, I lose everything. It doesn’t make sense to me.
I’ve been saying for a long time that I don’t need any other targets, and if we’re talking about an MMA fight, it’s only with Karlos. I think of him as an equal opponent. I don’t need to go with anybody else. People are challenging me, but I want to stay away from that.
I only have Karlos in my head, the fight with Kinclo is not interesting for me. But Karlos has to have his say first, then me. And that’s the best part. I decide in the final if I want it or not,” he said in an interview with Sport.cz
Now they are basically just waiting for the announcement of the date when their rematch will take place. Earlier there was speculation about the end of the year, but it is possible that Vémola will want to take some longer break.
