Huge loss for Gamechanger! Octagon announced the absence of the Brit, however, remains in the organization
On Wednesday, the absence of Patrik Kinc in Tipsport Gamechanger was announced, and today we officially learned of another big loss. The project lost its current champion Kaiko Brito, who nevertheless remains in the organization.
The reason for this is the rematch with Karlos Vemola, which he preferred so that he could finally end this stage of his wrestling life.
Among the favourites, however, was Kaik Brito, who earned his participation in the title fight by defeating Kozma, whom he landed a huge number of punches.
But unfortunately, even he will not take part in this project. It was speculated for a few days and now the organization itself has confirmed it.
“The only non-European fighter will be Apollo, because Kaik Brito will not participate, but you can still look forward to his fights in 2023,” Oktagon announced on its social media.
He made public the form of the seeded eight, which includes Samuel Kristofich and Louis Glismann due to the absence of Brito and Kinclo.
But what is behind the absence of the Briton? There was speculation about his departure to the UFC, however, Octagon reported that we can look forward to seeing him again this year.
So it’s probably an injury, after the fight with Kozma he didn’t have his hand right, after all he needed to take a longer break after a tough fight.
