Terezie Nowoczková, who works for the leader of the domestic MMA scene Oktagon MMA, answered this and other questions. “I don’t know if I can say it completely, but the range is maybe from 5 to 20 thousand per tournament,” Nowoczková said in an interview with Refresher.

Considering that Oktagon MMA held ten galas last year, it’s more of a side income, which Terezie confirmed. “It’s not a full-time job, I have multiple jobs. It wouldn’t support me and it wouldn’t pay my bills because I have a lot of them,” she said with a smile.

And what does a “cage girl” have to know? “Look good, wear the number, be nice to people and smile at them. You also have to play sports to look good and maybe a little bit of languages if you go abroad.”
