How much did the new representative logo cost? The FAČR sent a decent sum to the new identity
The Czech national team will boast a new visual identity. There is a new representative logo, which the public quite likes. At the same time, it is very nice that the FAČR has been very transparent and has offered interesting answers to the public. How much did the whole project cost and what is it based on?

The whole change will take place in 2022, which is a very important year in football terms. The Czech national team will try to fight their way to the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, but they will also feature in the packed A2 group of the Nations League.
It is also the 120th anniversary of the celebration of Czech football. This is also why the FAČR is reaching out to update the current identity, which is 10 years old.
The logo has not undergone a radical change, but only modifications that correspond to the trends of the present time. Inspiration was reportedly even sought in historical coats of arms from the times of the Přemyslids.
The FAČR had one million crowns set aside for the rebranding. In the end, the change cost CZK 826,000, excluding VAT. A relatively expensive affair, but of course it is a project for the representation, so it could be expected that the price of the project would exceed tens of thousands of crowns.
The logo was made by the VMLY&R agency, which has already done graphic work for Czech football (rebranding of the FAČR and Our Football). And what will the new logo look like? Take a look for yourself!
“I have a positive impression of it. The coat of arms is nicer and the lion seems to me more Czech and more combative at the same time,” commented national defender Vladimír Coufal on the new emblem.
The new logo on their jerseys will be worn not only by the national football team, but also by national team players, futsal players, beach footballers and eRepresentatives.
