Gamechanger? I spotted him on Instagram, said new member of the million euro pyramid Michailidis
Octagon has announced the next member of the Tipsport Gamechanger pyramid, featuring 16 elite Welterweight fighters. The new fighter is Andreas Michailidis, who comes from the UFC itself. What does he have to say about this project and why did he want to be a part of it?
After Melvin van Suijdam and Louis Glismann, one of the possible favourites is coming in, namely Andreas Michailidis. A relatively familiar name to many fans.
This thirty-four year old Greek in fact comes from the UFC itself, where he has shown in four fights, but only once enjoyed a win, when he defeated K. B. Bhullar.
He was defeated by Modestas Bukauskas, Alex Pereira and Rinat Fakhretdinov. Moreover, he is the champion of two Greek organizations. Why is he coming to the Octagon?
“I knew the Octagon. And some of the fighters with it, like Ioannis Palaiologos and Sanagiotis Stroumpoulis are my teammates. In addition, there are also former UFC fighters fighting for Oktagon, who I know too, of course,” he said in an interview with Kaocko.cz.
When did he find out about this interesting project and why did he decide to join it? “I noticed it on Instagram. I saw there a European tournament, in which they fight for a million euros and which includes a lot of quality fighters.
I immediatelythought it would be very interesting to compete against them,” he added. So now he is another member of the already large pyramid with only three names left to fill.
At least if Patrik Kincl decides to go this way. The organization almost certainly already knows the answer, and so it can arrange itself accordingly.
