Finally confirmed! Octagon has announced that there will be a rematch between Atilla Vegh and Karlos Vemola. No date has been set yet, but the fight is expected to take place at the last tournament of 2023. That is, of course, if it happens at all. Végh admitted in an interview with iSport that he’s a bit worried about it.
According to the latest information, we will see Karlos Vemola vs. Patrik Kinclo at the O2 Arena, but also David Kozma vs. Alex Lohore or Louis Glismann vs. Melvin van Suijdam.
But now the organization has announced something that fans have been looking forward to for years. A rematch between Vemola and Attila Vegh has been arranged!
It should take place at the end of the year, but the date has not been announced yet. However, fans are worried that the fight will happen at all. After all, Vémola already has three fights scheduled…
Végh, who is currently training hard and getting back into shape to give a quality performance and preferably finish it again, has also expressed his concerns about the fight.
“Karlos has put too many fights on his mind right now and I hope he lives to see our fight and we make a nice fight. I won’t underestimate anything with 100% preparation, I still don’t really know Karlos properly, in fact he didn’t touch me at all in the first fight. That’s why I’m going to prepare the same way I did before the first fight.
So it’s a new challenge for me, it’s like I’m fighting a new Karlos. My people keep their fingers crossed for me and thank everyone for their support,” Végh told iSport.
He is not only dealing with positive worries at the moment. In fact, his organization Fabriq MMA is dealing with a problem due to a suspicious fight between Gábor Boráros and Kirill Medvedovski.
