Ronaldo’s new coach under fire! The worst person I’ve met in football just wants to be the centre of attention, says Juninho
Cristiano Ronaldo will meet a coach who has managed big clubs such as AS Roma, Olympique Marseille and Olympique Lyon at Al-Nassr. It was at the latter club that he met Juninho, who was the sporting director. The Brazilian legend had a very negative opinion about the new boss Ronaldo.

Rudi Garcia has led very interesting clubs in his coaching career. However, he left the biggest mark at the beginning of the last decade in Lille, when he won not only the French title but also the cup with the team there.
He spent five years at Lille, two-and-a-half years at AS Roma, just under three years in charge of Olympique Marseille and was given roughly a year-and-a-half to bring back the tarnished shine to Lyon as well before moving to Saudi Arabia.
He was put in the job at Lyon by club legend Juninho, who had become sporting director a little earlier. So if anyone has anything to say about Garcia, it is the Brazilian, who was particularly famous for his handling of standard situations.
It cannot be said that the 58-year-old Frenchman is remembered fondly. On the contrary. It seems that Cristiano Ronaldo has a lot to look forward to.
“Garcia won’t do anything to hinder him. On the contrary. If he has to, he’ll even serve Ronaldo breakfast. He’ll try to be his friend, to be close to him and he’ll do everything for that,” he told MaisFutebol.
And with the mole Juninho continued, “ My experience with him was terrible. He is the worst character I have met in my career in football. He doesn’t know how to lead anyone. He only leads by the fear he imposes on others. He only respects people who have power that he can use. He doesn’t care about success or the atmosphere in the dressing room. He cares about being the center of attention. Even in a crisis.”
He continues to describe Garcia as an extremely cold human being, while the Brazilian refers to Ronaldo as one of the biggest stars in football history.
