Jake Paul’s fight with Tommy Fury was already cancelled once, now it’s likely to happen again. The British boxer was denied ESTA and now cannot fly to the USA. So the American YouTuber has decided to look for another opponent.
Jake Paua4l’s fight with Tommy Fury has been officially confirmed and fans believed that this time it will finally happen.
However, a few days later everything is different. Fury wanted to attend the press conference, but he didn’t make it. The reason is simple, Fury was banned from flying to the US.
“Together with my team I arrived at the airport today to attend the press conference, but they immediately took me aside and informed me that my ESTA was rejected, so I can’t fly to the US,” explained Fury.
Paul then responded in kind, saying that Fury was trying to avoid the fight. However, after a few days, the situation still hadn’t changed and Paul had run out of patience.
“We contacted Tyson Fury’s lawyer to officially confirm the million dollar bet that was being talked about, but unfortunately we didn’t hear back from him. I never trusted him or his brother. So I have already instructed my team to move on to the next opponent,” said Paul.
So it looks like Paul and Fury’s fight will be cancelled again. However, the American YouTuber has no shortage of challengers, so this shouldn’t hold him back too much.
