England’s new generation of fans are enjoying themselves. Declan Rice is a teammate of Czech national team players Tomas Soucek and Vladimir Coufal at West Ham, but outside the club he obviously gets along with his national team colleagues.
Not to be outdone, Rice was one of the key components of the European Championship for the England team. He’s been around as much as he can, and is immensely strong defensively. After the tournament, his price tag soared to €70 million and he is the second most expensive defensive midfielder in the world.
On the cruise ship with him was skilful offensive player Mason Mount, who wears the Chelsea jersey in club football. These two 22-year-old youngsters are among the most popular among English fans for their national team selection.
Perspective, combativeness, creativity, dynamism – these are the attributes that emerge when you mix these youngsters into a common elixir. The quality synergy the English youngsters have shown in basketball as well. See for yourself.
Rice showed off his basketball skills with the Chicago Bulls, for whom Czech basketball player Tomas Satoransky also plays in the NBA. When the young men broke a sweat, of course, a cool down had to follow, but it was the West Ham midfielder who was very worried about the jump.
