Workshop of the French coach, who has worked on four continents, for Czech clubs before his departure to the USA, in January in SK Kosmonosy
There can be no discussion about the fact that Czech football has seen a retreat from glory and there is no need to address the past, but the runaway train can still be seen and we can do and change a few crucial things in the Czech educational and developmental football environment for the 18+ category and do what is needed to continue its important development, compete at least in Europe and further at least stop the decline towards world class.
What is needed, what measures need to be taken?
121 ELITE Sports made a bet on French football many years ago. Its co-founder, Mr Jan Černota, who works for ŠKODA AUTO a.s. as a crisis consultant and manager and supports the sport as a hobby, told us:
“We have gradually visited France and observed its football, participated in internships of the best prospects in academies and clubs, learned and gradually gained an overview of the best academies, their methodology, management and finally also their systematic work and their world-competitive products – players over the age of 18 and their coaches and clubs.
We have always been interested in where and how world champions are recruited, from what base they are drawn and how this base is organised and managed to produce such a stable and regular World Class game and its players?“
A few days ago, 121 ELITE Sports’ interest in French top-flight football culminated in the conclusion of a mutually attractive contract with Euro Foot Management (EFM), reaching a joint project and coordination of a space to promote and develop the successful careers of young talented players, coaches and managers, consisting in the mutual and reciprocal application of players on the pitches of both and third countries.
“For EFM, we have identified several young Czech talents, such as the young Boleslav player Lukáš Mašek or Spartan Daniel Žížala, and a few other bold prospects who, with the right treatment and quality development, could succeed in the world’s top adult football in the future
On the other hand, we have asked our French partner to help us identify and offer their young talented players who would be successful and make a difference in the Czech professional leagues, especially in the FL and FNL, and could add quality here and by doing so, contribute to increasing the competitive value of some Czech teams in the competition against their rivals.”
One of the competitive advantages that the established relationship and the project brings to the Czech football market is that the French players presented are far more qualitatively and comprehensively equipped, have been consistently tested by domestic quality competition and are therefore ready to play in the most demanding sporting environment, that exists in the world, and they have already thrived very well and steadily in this environment for a long time and are now interested in moving their careers into professional leagues in some countries that offer them an attractive opportunity to further their careers and in return they offer distinction and quality.
Even the Czech Republic has already entered the spotlight of interest of these players. And in a price/performance comparison, clearly these not overpaid and well-managed quality players in France are at an advantage with their expectations of conditions compared to our not-so-quality comfortably priced players.
The company 121 ELITE Sports, in cooperation with the modern developing sports club SK Kosmonosy, will organize in January, just before the departure of the French elite coach Noël Tosi to the United States for his new engagement, a consultation presentation and workshop for Czech football clubs interested in French football or multicultural factors in the education and training of foreign young players
Thanks to his experience, Mr. Tosi is considered one of the most experienced coaches, having experienced the conditions of football in Europe, America, Asia and, just as successfully, Africa.
Mr. Luis Fernandez, who spent most of his playing career at Paris Saint-Germain as a player and later as a successful coach, provided us with the following reference on Mr. Tosi:
“Hello, I have come to talk to you about a man who is a French coach, he is Noël Tosi, from whom I have learned for a long time. We worked together, we started to like each other, we got to know each other. Tosi is a coach I had the opportunity to work with. He accompanied me and also made me develop remarkably in the profession.
We learned and did a course together. That’s why I would like to do it (the engagement and contribution to Czech football) because I think he has the qualities that are required for a coach and especially a top coach. And I think it can bring something. He’s a coach with a very, very good reputation who has the qualities to bring you his experience. So bye.”
That was Luis Fernández, 60 games for the French team and also the only French coach to win the European Cup with a French club.
Coach Tosi should arrive in the Czech Republic at the end of this week, a workshop with interested Czech clubs could take place at the beginning of next week, we are in intensive negotiations with clubs, with the FAČR, whether they are interested in such a meeting in one or two days, including a training unit with juniors (depending on the response and interest).
The 121 ELITE Sports Consultancy has been actively supporting hardworking talented players, coaches and managers for a long time and all support activities are funded from its taxed resources. It has also taken on the costs associated with Coach Noël Tosi’s stay in the Czech Republic, leaving only the costs of transport, accommodation and meals for the workshop participants; the SK Kosmonosy club will be happy to help with these items on a free application basis and by describing the service required.
The date of the workshop, its duration and programme will be published on the Euro Foot Management website, including contact details in the 2nd half of this week, information on +420 739 494 525.
The workshop will be moderated and conducted in English with translation into Czech, we are looking forward to receiving questions from participants for a successful coach who has influenced the best sport in the world and has now expressed interest in passing on his experience to our Czech hopefuls.
Career:
Noël Tosi began his career on the bench at the age of 27 and is the first French coach to coach in the United States. He has been through Grenoble, Nîmes, Gueugnon, Arles-Avignon, Angers and Cherbourg in France, and has also coached Congo and Mauritania.
