Will we see a battle of legends? McGregor has received an extremely interesting offer and he is ready to nod!
Conor McGregor may already know the name of his next opponent, but the challenges keep coming one after another. And now another one has arrived. From a legend he’s faced before. Max Holloway. What does the Irishman say?

The Irish phenom should be in action later this year. After a serious and unpleasant injury, he has been out of action for a long time and when he returns, he will be tested by the dangerous Michael Chandler, with whom they are coaches on The Utimate Fighter show.
Conor McGregor has a complication on his return though. He has to be enrolled in USADA’s anti-doping program for at least six months, but that’s not happening for now. At least no one knows about it, and even UFC boss Dana White isn’t going to get involved.
Anyway, a documentary is being made about the Irish star’s return, which will be released on Netflix. What’s more, during his hiatus, he once again received countless different challenges. But of course, he can’t nod to every one.
But now he’s got one he can’t refuse. For the legendary Max Holloway, who would probably be a longtime featherweight champion if Alexander Volkanovski wasn’t in it, wants one more fight with McGregor before he retires.
Holloway fought McGregor in 2013. It was the second fight for the Irishman in the UFC and he won it on points. In that weight class, the Hawaii native was the only fighter to go to a points decision with McGregor.
He also used this argument when he mentioned that he would be interested in fighting again. His words registered with McGregor himself, who says they can definitely fight again.
However, the question is at what weight the fight should take place. Holloway, after all, is ideally suited just for featherweight, while McGregor has subsequently fought at both lightweight and welterweight. He’s also huge, at least on the surface, after his injury and it’s uncertain what weight class he’ll want to drop down to.
