What the Premier League is all about: Offensive Spurs without Kane, Chelsea need experienced

A new season, new speculations, rumours, critical and laudatory statements of experts. Two rounds of the English Premier League are over and it’s time for the return of last year’s series, which focused on events in the British Isles. Today we look at Tottenham, Chelsea and Everton.

Spurs scoring more goals without Kane?

It was expected to be a disastrous season, after all Harry Kane – the symbol of previous successful seasons – has left. Experts expected Spurs to fall apart and not score goals, but after two rounds they are on four points with a valuable scalp of Manchester United.

At home against the Red Devils Tottenham survived the initial pressure, on the contrary, they used their good passage and then controlled the game. In the second half Manchester didn’t stutter and even the 2-2 draw with Brentford from the first round is not a shame.
