Transfer bomb! Bayern accepts Al-Nassr’s offer, star Mané will also head to Saudi Arabia
What was only speculated not long ago is now becoming a reality. Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr has officially confirmed the arrival of star striker Sadio Mané. He is now Cristiano Ronaldo’s teammate.
What was only speculated not long ago is now becoming a reality. Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr will bring another world-class star – Sadio Mané. He will become Cristiano Ronaldo’s teammate.
It can be said that Saudi Arabia continues to plunder European football and destroy the salary structures. Several big stars have headed to the Middle Eastern country this summer and more are on the way.
Indeed, as the well-known and trusted journalist Fabrizio Romano reported a few dozen minutes ago, an agreement has been reached between Al-Nasser and Bayern.
According to this information, all that remains is to check the necessary documents, pass the medical examination, after which this transfer will be brought to a successful conclusion. It should be noted, in this case, it is just a formality.
Karim Benzema or N’golo Kanté were among the first to head to the Middle East, followed by Edouard Mendy, Marcelo Brozovic, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Roberto Firmino or Ruben Neves and several others.
Al-Nassr in particular, however, is indeed solidly armed. Alex Telles, Seko Fofana, Marcelo Brozovic and new arrival Sadio Mané have already joined the team.
So if Cristiano Ronaldo has complained in the past about the lack of quality of some of his teammates, he now has something to look forward to.
Potential transfer fee, departure as deliverance?
According to Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo, Bayern should cash in around €41 million for Mané.
Mané was a Liverpool star for six years after arriving from Southampton. However, he then failed to agree a new contract with the management as he demanded too much money and left for Bayern Munich for €30 million.
But the engagement in Germany did not suit him at all. The club’s management was not happy with him and he was not happy with his performance. Leaving could be a way out for both sides.
