Tottenham fans don’t recognise their team. They want a new squad
Two London derby losses in a row and Tottenham’s Champions League hopes are all but nil. Spurs put in a poor performance at Stamford Bridge, whereupon their supporters are reacting very critically. And that includes towards their favourite manager.

Chelsea managed to beat Tottenham for the second time this season. This time it was decided by one shot in each of the halves, but the Blues were in control of the game all the time and came close to the Cup Top 7 on two points.
Spurs’ incomprehensible relegation
Tottenham thus lost their third league game in a row and the plan to win the TOP 4 and the Champions League went a little further away again. Spurs are seven points behind Aston Villa with a game to spare, but they have an appalling 2: 9 record in the last three rounds.
“I don’t recognise this team at all at the moment,” fan Colin alluded to Spurs ‘ much-impaired form in a liked comment under an Instagram post . In November, for example, no one would have imagined Tottenham wouldn’t win the Top 4.
Tottenham have had the best start in club history under new manager Ange Postecoglou, leading the league for ten rounds, but then their play fell apart due to a series of injuries as well. Currently, for perhaps the first time since the summer, criticism is coming down on the Australian coach.
Moreover, the Champions League prospects are not looking good. Tottenham have Liverpool and Manchester City in their last four games, which is a big bite considering the Villans’ seven-point cushion.
The fans want a new squad
Fans aren’t really speculating much with the Champions League anymore either, they are slow to focus on the new season and the transfer window. In it, they will definitely need to bring in a quality top striker, a winger and maybe a central midfielder would also be useful.
“Keep Romero, van de Ven, Vicario and sell the rest of the team,” wrote fan Matty somewhat critically. Captain Heung Min Son is having a decent year to say the least, as are Destiny Udogie and James Maddison.
