The fight for the European Championship’s king of shooters is quite interesting so far. Cristiano Ronaldo leads the way with five goals, but there are several players in the lead, including Patrik Schick.

The group stage of the European Championship is over and we can take a look at the scorers’ table.

Cristiano Ronaldo, who now has five goals, has taken the lead after Wednesday’s cannonade. He is the hot favourite to win the Golden Boot.

The second place is occupied by five players who have scored three goals in their matches.

Namely, Romelu Lukaku, Georginio Wijnaldum, Emil Forsberg, Robert Lewandowski and Patrik Schick, who scored twice against Scotland and from a penalty kick against Croatia.

However, the only goal is twelve footballers behind them. Even a player who shines in one game can join the fray.

We can only hope that after Sunday’s game the Czech representative will continue to fight for the king of scorers. The Czech Republic will play a duel with the Netherlands in the eighth round.
