Slovácko’s first match with AIK Stockholm turned out as few people expected. The players of coach Martin Svedik dominated the match and won 3: 0.
The fans could celebrate, because it could be said that the promotion was almost home. It was enough not to squander the big lead in the Nordic country.
And Slovácko managed to do just that. The only goal of the match was scored by Vlasiy Sinyavskiy, who also scored in the home opener.
This time he finished after a successful pass from teammate Jan Kalabiska. After this goal, it was certain that it was over and the match was practically over.
Petržela and co. can look forward to the group stage of the European Conference League, which Slovácko will play for the first time in the club’s history.
However, due to the low coefficient, it will be in the last basket, so it will not have easy opponents. But there is certainly a chance to qualify and it would be a shame not to fight for it.
