Ronaldo is entertaining the internet! Watch the video of him dancing in traditional Saudi dress and holding a sword

Cristiano Ronaldo is currently entertaining the entire internet. His club Al-Nassr has released a video celebrating the Saudi holiday. In it, the Portuguese star danced dressed in traditional clothing and even danced with a sword in his hand.

Cristiano Ronaldo transferred to Al-Nassr in January this year and apart from imparting valuable experience to the Saudi Arabian outfit and being a star on the pitch, he also has his interests somewhat elsewhere.

This is evidenced, among other things, by speculation that Ronaldo could enter the world of professional wrestling in the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) organization.

It must be noted, Ronaldo has become one of the most prominent sports personalities in Saudi Arabia after his transfer from Manchester United. It was this transfer that triggered an avalanche of signings of star footballers in the summer transfer window.

And it is WWE that is looking to take advantage of this popularity by inviting Ronaldo as a “superstar guest” to this year’s Crown Jewel show, which is scheduled to take place on November 4 in Saudi Arabia.

Ronaldo is not the first star footballer to make his way to WWE. Of the most famous ones, it was his former teammate Wayne Rooney who slapped Wade Barrett at the WWE Raw 2015 gala in Manchester.

Can some of Ronaldo’s extra-football activities be interpreted as extravagant? Some most certainly are, with one such video released by his current employer.

Indeed, Al-Nassr released a video celebrating the Saudi National Day on Friday 22 September, featuring Ronaldo alongside other stars.

They are all, of course, dressed in Saudi traditional attire and are set to wow viewers with an Ardha dance performance. But Ronaldo is even more special than all the others, holding a sword above his head.
