Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal has decided to end his season early due to injury. Nadal is limited by an injured leg, which has been bothering him since Roland Garros.

Rafael Nadal’s injury is more serious than expected. The Spanish tennis player is still limited by his injured leg, and so Nadal will miss the rest of the season and the Grand Slam highlight of the US Open.

Rafael Nadal was injured during his Roland Garros match against Jack Sock. Nadal still finished the match, and even won, however, this health problem has been dragging with him ever since.

That it would not be a complete banality Nadal knew in the very next match, when he surprisingly lost to Lloyd Harris, immediately after the match the Spanish tennis player complained about his sore leg.

Nadal has since missed all the top tournaments like Wimbledon and the Tokyo Olympics. He has now decided to call it a season.

“I want to announce that unfortunately I have to end this season. I have been struggling with a foot injury during the year and I need to take a break. I came to this decision after discussions with my family and my team, and I believe this is the best option to achieve a full recovery from this injury,” Nadal said on his injury.

Despite this, however, Rafael Nadal is still motivated and at thirty-five years of age, he is looking ahead to next season.
